Does anyone know what the status is of the reissues? I eagarly went to Tower Records yesterday and only found "The Best of." I guess the release date has be postponed....

I read on another message board that The Runaways and Queens Of Noise were delayed from 9-15-03 to 9-29-03. Don't know for sure though. I'm waiting to see if they offer them through:

The Runaways.com will be carrying the cd's here on our site!
We are expecting our first shipment shortly, prices will be determined soon, we have to figure in shipping from the UK, and import fees.
Hopefully, we will have them next week.
As soon as we get them in we will post it.
The first 2 will be THE RUNAWAYS and QUEENS OF NOISE.
The cover art will remain the same, but the inserts will have different photos. The cd's have been remastered as well.
RIght now we are expecting limited quanties, but we will order more as people want them.

Thanks for the info (everyone). I have the first two albums on cd; it's Live in Japan and Waitin' for the Night I'm wanting to get asap. My vinyl copies are just about 'played through.' Looks like the plan is probably to release them in their original order.

I'll watch for them! My albums are in near mint condition but I still want those CDs. I'm glad the cover art isn't changing btw!
